4 Top Books on Product Design and Thoughts on Them

Updated: Feb 2, 2023

Product Validation Lean Start Up by Eric Ries is basically the Silicon Valley bible. It details the story of Eric's first major start up spending MILLIONS on features he THOUGHT the customers wanted, instead of assuredly building the benefits that customers KNEW they would BUY. Don't spend money unless you have to. Don't spend excess money when you have to unless it makes you money. Sell it before you make it.

Launch by Jeff Walker is the basis of launching a brand...One of the biggest mistakes that I see brands make is that they don't hype their launches or do joint ventures to go even bigger.

Ask by Ryan Levesque will give you better info on how the survey is better run from launch. Essentially, deep dive ask "what's your biggest challenge?" then analyze that data to come up with four buckets for a quiz which you then use to segment your audience. This gives cheaper leads, higher conversions and higher AOVs. DO NOT SKIP THE DEEP DIVE AND ANALYSIS. You'll fuck up the quiz with your own input. Data is the fuel.

$100M offer by Alex Hormozi will give great basis for making the best offers for both clients and Dream 100 accounts by helping you to break down all of the pains that a customer is having and then only offering the solutions that are both impactful for the customer and profitable for you.
